We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service
and is expected to take 2-5 business days. Expedited
(2 Day and Next Day Air) orders placed by 4:00 PM EST Monday-Friday
will ship the same business day. Please be aware Express delivery is business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Return/Exchange Policies
Rule 18 wants you to be pleased with your
purchase. Items that are unworn and unaltered may be
returned for refund or exchange at any time.

Backordered Items
When a given color and size combination is out of stock but more inventory is on the way, we provide our customers the option to “backorder” the item. This basically reserves the item for you.
As soon as it becomes available we will ship your backordered item at no extra shipping cost to you. (Don’t worry, all in stock items on your order will ship right away.) And if you decide to cancel - no problem - because you aren’t charged for the backordered item until it ships.
We try our best to provide an accurate estimate for availability of backordered items at the time you place your order. (If a date was not provided then we expect to receive the item within 30 days.) In most cases you can expect delivery 7-10 business days after the “Available” date listed. Occasionally, however, that date changes due to unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays.
Rule 18 does not ship to freight forwarders or costume designers under any circumstances.
